EDUCATION
  • Dr. Hussein Thary Khamees received his B.Sc. Electrical Engineering from Al-Mustansiriya University, Baghdad, Iraq (1999). He earned an M. Sc. Bachelor of Laser Engineering from the University of Technology, Baghdad, Iraq (2006). He received his Ph.D. in the Department of Electronics and optical Communications Engineering, at Çankaya University, Ankara, Turkey (2018). He also obtained the rank of Assistant Professor on 4/1/2022.
