RESEARCH EXPERIENCE SUPERVISOR THESIS
  • I did many researches on laser applications,Nanotechnology, porous silicon nanostructure, laser annealing of amorphous silicon, surface modification of metals, photoluminescence of nanocrystallites, Raman spectroscopy, laser-induced etching process, electrochemical etching of semiconductors (Si, Ge, GaP, GaAs), Second harmonic generation, Non-linear optics, Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).
