Research Interest
  • Currently, my research interests are focused on scalable solution-based and selective laser synthesis of low-dimensional semiconducting nanomaterials, particularly 2D transition metal dichalcogenides, as well as studying their structural, optical and electrical properties in order to design and fabricate Opto-electronic devices based on these interesting materials.
