EDUCATION
  • • PhD degree, the main objective as an academic researcher is to utilise biomaterials in aspects of life where biocompatibility and biodegradation is required. In the last five years I have been doing my PhD degree on modification of silicon and gold surfaces by polymers (PEG) for biomedical applications. This allows for control over subsequent protein adsorption on these surfaces, where the PEG environment preserves the protein secondary and tertiary structures and maintains their biological ac
  • • Master degree, the study focused on preparation of pharmaceutical agents by metal-complex formation which includes reactions of transition metals with organic ligands and utilised these complexes for antibacterial agents.
